Please adhere to the following rule to ensure immediate processing:
DO NOT upload a single, multi-page document (e.g., one 50-page PDF) containing all claim information.
You must separate documents before uploading. For example, upload the Police Report as one file, the Insurance Estimate as a second file, and the Repair Invoice as a third file. Our automated system requires separate files to properly track and qualify your claim.
